SAFETY PROGRAMS
At Swann Construction Inc.™ our safety mission is to ensure that our workers are properly and continuously trained in the safest way to perform their jobs. From new hires to superintendents and all of our sub-contractors, job site safety is invaluable for our company and for our customers. These benefits include increased labor productivity, strong employee retention, a higher caliber of sub-contractor and overall better quality control at all levels. We maintain a strong focus on safety in every task we or our sub-contractors perform, and this has become an important element that distinguishes us from our competition.

TRAINING
Our Safety Program is designed to provide Swann Construction Inc.™ employees and sub-contractors with the tools they need to achieve job site safety.

ACCOUNTABILITY
We complement our training with rigorous on-the-job safety practices to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy working environment. All Swann Construction Inc.™ employees, as well as all subcontractors must adhere to our safety program.

COMMUNICATION
All employees and subcontractors are given copies of our Safety Program, which they may use at anytime to refer to. Additionally, all employees must attend mandatory weekly meetings on all projects.
